21 & Over (2013) is an American comedy film by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore who made their directorial debut with this project. The story follows college buddies Casey and Miller as they plan a celebration for their friend Jeff Chang’s 21st birthday. Initially reluctant due to a scheduled medical school interview arranged by his strict doctor father, Jeff eventually agrees to join them for just one drink. However, things take an unexpected turn when Jeff accidentally hits someone with a dart at the bar. In a panic, the trio flee the scene, interrupting Casey’s conversation with Jeff’s attractive friend Nicole. While enjoying the newly acquired legal drinking age, Jeff overdoes it and passes out. With no idea of where he lives, Casey and Miller turn to Nicole for help but mistakenly enter what they think is her sorority house. To their surprise, they discover it is actually a Latina sorority and end up encountering two blindfolded pledges undergoing initiation upstairs.

Despite the confusion, Miller takes charge and instructs the girls to make out while playfully paddling their buttocks. After discovering they had been deceived, the entire sorority was filled with rage. Casey and Miller managed to flee, throwing an unconscious Jeff from a balcony into a nearby pool covered by a tarp. He bounced off and landed in a rose garden while still passed out from his drunken state. The boys eventually tracked down Nicole at a pep rally, but she directed them to her boyfriend Randy, who they remembered as the aggressive guy from the bar. When he refused to look up Jeff’s address on his phone, the pair resorted to stealing it. However, the address turned out to be incorrect as Jeff no longer lived there and instead there was a party taking place. Desperate for information on Jeff’s whereabouts, Casey and Miller left him alone with two stoners while they continued their search.
