Brain Drain (2009) is a Spanish romantic comedy film directed by Fernando González Molina and featuring Mario Casas and Amaia Salamanca. The movie, produced by A3 Films, follows the story of Emilio, a shy eighteen-year-old who has been enamored with Natalia since childhood. His close-knit group of friends includes Flash, who may be blind but behaves like any other teenager; Wheels, a wheelchair-bound person with sexist views; Goat, a hacker and drug dealer; and Corneto, known for his womanizing ways.
As Emilio prepares to confess his love for Natalia, she receives amazing news: she has been awarded a scholarship to study Medicine at Oxford University. Utilizing his hacker skills, Goat fabricates documents and scholarships for all five friends to join her in the program. Despite their efforts to bring Emilio and Natalia together, each scheme ends in chaos and failure.
