After his death, the new head of the prison discovers that the predecessor did not open the “F” wing for almost thirty years, thereby limiting the places for prisoners. When examining the F wing, the officers discover a young guy about whom there are no records. The strange guy does not answer questions, but only calls the name of a certain Henry Deaver, who is a lawyer. Born and raised in Castle Rock, Henry has a long history of working in Texas. After the call, Henry is forced to return to town to take care of a mysterious prisoner.
