Badla (2019) is a Hindi mystery thriller directed by Sujoy Ghosh, following the story of Naina Sethi, a successful businesswoman in London with a seemingly perfect life. However, when her secret lover, Arjun, is found dead and she is arrested for his murder, her world is turned upside down. Her lawyer, Jimmy Punjabi, enlists the help of defence attorney Badal Gupta to prove her innocence.
