In Rio, Brazil, the gang joins in on a festive parade to kick off the International Soccer Cup. But when Scooby stumbles upon a missing soccer ball and a terrifying red monster, chaos ensues and parade floats get destroyed. With his quick thinking, Scooby uses the soccer ball to defeat the monster. The excitement continues as the monster disappears and police arrive to secure the area.
