Fast & Furious 6 (2013)

Fast & Furious 6 (2013) is an action-packed film directed by Justin Lin and written by Chris Morgan. After their successful heist in Brazil, Dominic Toretto and his skilled team of criminals have fled around the globe and are living a peaceful life. Dom resides with Elena Neves, his sister Mia is with Brian O’Conner and their child Jack, Gisele Yashar and Han Lue are together, while Roman Pearce and Tej Parker enjoy a life of luxury. On the other hand, DSS agents Luke Hobbs and Riley Hicks are investigating the destruction of a Russian military convoy caused by mercenaries led by former British SAS major Owen Shaw. To help capture Owen, Hobbs shows Dom a photo of his supposedly deceased wife Letty Ortiz, who is now working with Owen’s crew. Although Dom initially wants to handle the task alone, Hobbs convinces him that it will take the entire ‘family’ to get the job done.

At their headquarters, Hobbs informs Dom’s crew that Owen is stealing components to create a destructive device called “Nightshade”, with the intention of selling it to the highest bidder. In exchange for pardons, Dom and his team agree to stop him. In London, they find Owen’s hideout but soon realize it was just a diversion – as his crew carries out a heist at an Interpol building. As Owen makes his escape in a customized car, he causes an explosion at his hideout and disables most of the police force. This leaves Dom, Brian, Tej, Roman, Han, Gisele, Hobbs, and Riley to chase him down. Surprisingly, Letty shows up to assist Owen and even shoots Dom before getting away. Meanwhile, while investigating Dom’s crew, Owen learns about Letty’s past relationship with Dom but also discovers she is suffering from amnesia.
