Based on Philip Pullman’s trilogy of novels, His Dark Materials (2019–2022) is a fantasy drama TV series that is produced by Bad Wolf and New Line Productions. BBC One and HBO co-produce the show, with HBO also handling worldwide distribution. Additionally, the prophecy reveals that Lyra’s destiny is intertwined with Will Parry, a teenage boy from our conventional world who is being pursued by individuals linked to his estranged father.
