Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre III (1990)

Director Jeff Burr and writer David J. Schow released Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III (1990). During a chase, Leatherface takes the life of Gina as her sister Sara watches from a nearby window. Later on, a couple named Michelle and Ryan are passing through Texas and come across the Last Chance Gas Station where they meet hitchhiker Tex and the owner Alfredo. A fight breaks out between Tex and Alfredo when Tex catches Alfredo peeping at Michelle in the restroom. As Michelle and Ryan drive away, they witness what appears to be Alfredo shooting Tex with a shotgun. Lost and stranded, Ryan changes their flat tire while Michelle is startled by a dead coyote thrown at their windshield by the driver of a large truck. As they continue on their way, Leatherface suddenly attacks them but they escape without harm.

Later, Michelle, Ryan, and a fellow driver named Benny experience a car crash caused by a bloodied man named Tex jumping in their path. Determined to locate Tex, the trio sets off on their journey but comes across Tinker, a hook-handed man who offers to help them by setting out road flares. However, Benny soon realizes Tinker’s true motives after discovering a damaged chainsaw in his truck’s bed. He quickly escapes and encounters Leatherface, but luckily Sara appears and saves him as she had previously managed to escape from Leatherface’s grasp. Sara reveals that her entire family had been killed by Leatherface and his kin are lurking around the area. As Benny hears Michelle and Ryan calling for him, he leaves Sara behind; unfortunately, Leatherface finds her shortly after and kills her with his chainsaw. In the meantime, Leatherface goes on to attack Michelle and Ryan, capturing the latter when he falls into a bear trap.
