In 1997, forensic psychiatrist Dr. Jack Gramm provides crucial testimony and expert psychiatric opinion at the trial of suspected serial killer Jon Forster, known as ‘The Seattle Slayer’ to the police. Gramm’s testimony leads to Forster’s conviction for the attempted killing of Janie Cates and the murder of her sister Joanie, who was drugged, hanged upside down and killed in their apartment.
