Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker (2019) is the highly anticipated American epic space opera film, helmed by renowned director J. J. In his efforts to locate Rey, Kylo utilizes a Force bond. He then makes his way to Pasaana accompanied by the Knights of Ren. With the assistance of Lando Calrissian, Rey and her companions discover a vital clue—a dagger adorned with Sith text that C-3PO is forbidden from interpreting—along with the remains of an assassin named Ochi and his ship which Rey recognizes. As Kylo draws near, Rey confronts him while the First Order captures their ship, Chewbacca, and the important dagger. In an attempt to save Chewbacca, Rey inadvertently unleashes a burst of Force lightning that destroys a First Order transport. Believing Chewbacca to be deceased, the group flees on Ochi’s vessel. They journey to Kijimi where Babu Frik, a skilled droidsmith, manages to extract the crucial information from C-3PO’s memory—revealing the coordinates of the wayfinder. Despite believing she had lost him earlier, Rey feels Chewbacca’s presence aboard a First Order Star Destroyer and enlists Zorii’s help in rescuing him. During their escape, Rey retrieves the dagger and experiences buried memories about her parents.
