The Ghost of Lord Farquaad (2003)

The Ghost of Lord Farquaad (2003) is an animated 4D film based on the Shrek franchise by DreamWorks Animation and the book by William Steig. As Shrek and Princess Fiona search for the Honeymoon Hotel, Thelonious appears and captures Fiona. Shrek and Donkey chase after them, leading them to a graveyard where they encounter Lord Farquaad’s statue of Dragon which he has sent to attack them. However, the real Dragon arrives to save them, resulting in a chase that ends with the stone dragon losing its wings and falling into the water below. In another attempt to harm Fiona, Farquaad sends her over a waterfall on a raft with Thelonious still on it. Fortunately, Fiona breaks free from her restraints and knees Thelonious in self-defense causing him to fall off the raft.

Shrek and Donkey quickly arrive to save Fiona from plunging over the waterfall on the raft, but all four of them end up going over. Fortunately, Dragon comes to their rescue and uses her fire to defeat Farquaad. She then offers Shrek and Fiona a ride to the Honeymoon Hotel, while Donkey and Dragon head off to have their own honeymoon by cooking waffles. However, Shrek and Fiona’s honeymoon is soon interrupted by the Fairy Tale creatures, much to their amusement. Despite the interruption, they continue with the celebrations. As Shrek declares ‘Let The Honeymoon Begin!’, he opens a bottle of champagne, accidentally sending one of the fairies flying with the cork.
