After being directed to a severed human arm by Father Joseph Fitzpatrick Crissman, who was dismissed from the priesthood for victimizing thirty-seven altar boys, FBI Special Agent in Charge Dakota Whitney enlists Mulder’s assistance in unraveling the paranormal aspects of the case. Soon after, another woman is taken by Janke Dacyshyn, a truck driver who purposely runs her off the road, and Father Joe is again sought out for his visions from God. Ultimately, through examining the remains, they are led to Richmond, Virginia where Franz Tomczeszyn and his partner Dacyshyn work as organ transporters.
