Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007)

Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2003) is a slasher film directed by Joe Lynch. Following the tragic events in the West Virginia forest, reality TV contestant Kimberly is driving through the backcountry of that same state in search of her next project location. While on her way, she accidentally hits a teenager and stops to help him. However, she soon realizes that he is one of the inbred cannibal locals. In an attempt to escape, she runs into Three Finger, who brutally kills her with his axe. Meanwhile, ex-military man Colonel Dale Murphy is hosting a survival game show called The Apocalypse: Ultimate Survivalist in the same area. With Kimberly missing, producer Mara reluctantly takes her spot and joins the other contestants – lesbian Iraq war veteran Amber, lingerie model Elena, former football player Jake, skateboarder Jonesy, and graphic artist Nina – in this cutthroat competition.

As the game begins, Three Finger and another mutant cannibal Pa take down the television crew and snatch Dale. Mara finishes a task and heads into a cabin to find a telephone while Nina follows closely behind. While exploring the cabin, they hear the occupants return and quickly hide in a bedroom. Inside, they witness Ma, one of the cannibals, giving birth to a deformed baby. As they try to remain hidden, Sister appears and catches them in the act. In order to escape, Mara and Nina flee through a toilet pit. However, their getaway is cut short when Pa throws a hatchet at Mara’s head, knocking her unconscious. Meanwhile, Nina searches for her companions while the cannibals claim Mara’s body. At the lake, M and Elena engage in sexual activity before M leaves and Elena stays behind to tan in her underwear. However, when she hears something nearby, she scrambles to get dressed as Sister makes her presence known.
