Kathleen’s three dedicated shop assistants, George, Aunt Birdie, and Christina, are concerned about the potential competition from the new Fox Books store. However, Kathleen dismisses their worries. After a day out with his 11-year-old aunt Annabel and 4-year-old half-brother Matthew, Joe makes a stop at Kathleen’s store for a fun storytime event. A few days later, both Kathleen and Joe happen to be at a book publishing party where they cross paths again.
