You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger (2010)
The comedy-drama film, You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger (2010), was written and directed by Woody Allen. After being unsuccessful with his own book, Roy receives the tragic news of Henry’s sudden passing. Knowing that Henry had a promising manuscript, which he had only shared with Roy, he decides to plagiarize it and take credit for the work. To his delight, the stolen manuscript is well received. Roy then begins pursuing Dia by constantly taking her out to lunch. He successfully convinces her to end her engagement, causing heartache for her fiancé and their families, and moves in with her. Meanwhile, Alfie and Charmaine get into a heated argument over Charmaine’s extravagant spending habits. Despite his efforts to start anew with Helena, she rejects him. This leads Charmaine to cheat on Alfie and become pregnant with another man’s child.
