Justice League: Warworld (2023) is an American animated superhero film based on the DC Comics team of the same name. Produced by DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation and distributed by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, it is the seventh installment in the Tomorrowverse and the 51st in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies line. In Last Stand, a female gunslinger finds herself caught in a standoff between Bat Lash and his bandits, who demand protection payments from the townsfolk they once robbed. Despite Hex’s request for her help, she joins forces with the townspeople and saves a little girl and Lash from harm. As night falls, she discovers Hex’s plan to destroy the town using explosives on a hijacked train. While Lash evacuates the residents, she derails the train but is unable to save Lash from Hex’s attack. Fueled by anger, she brutally retaliates against Hex before quietly leaving town.
Travis Morgan, the Warlord of Skartaris, takes a mercenary captured by his nemesis, Deimos the wizard, as forced labor in the mines. However, in exchange for freedom and riches, the mercenary proposes to guide Morgan and his army to Deimos’s castle. During their journey, they are ambushed by various monstrous creatures. The mercenary struggles with unfamiliar memories and information. Upon reaching the castle, they must overcome multiple traps before stumbling upon a room filled with treasure and a captive woman bound to the throne. With the help of a golden lasso wielded by the slave woman, the mercenary and Warlord engage in a fierce battle against Deimos until he retreats. Realizing they must find their way home, the mercenary and slave woman escape through a portal.
