Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare (2010)

The direct-to-DVD animated comedy horror-mystery, Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare (2010), is the fifteenth installment in the Scooby-Doo series. This time, Scooby-Doo and the gang are heading to Fred’s old summer camp, Camp Little Moose, to work as counselors for the season. However, upon arrival, they find only Burt, the head counselor, and John Knudsen, the local forest ranger. The camp appears deserted due to rumors of a legendary figure called the Woodsman scaring away all the kids. Burt is ready to close down the camp until Fred persuades him to keep it open while they investigate. As night falls, the Woodsman resurfaces and demands that everyone leaves.

The following day, the group chooses to spend their time at Big Moose Lake, the site of rival Camp Big Moose. While there, they encounter the Fish Man, another infamous legend that has come to life. In the midst of the excitement, Scooby stumbles upon a submerged building. Later that evening, Jessica, head counselor of Camp Big Moose, inquires if Camp Little Moose is responsible for any pranks. She explains that a missing RV and sonar equipment belong to her camp. With Velma’s help using the tracking device on the RV, they discover it in Shadow Canyon – where it’s rumored that the Spectre lurks. Investigating together are Fred, Daphne, Jessica and Luke while the rest venture to Shadow Canyon. Fred’s group unveils an entire submerged town and a hidden stash of dynamite in a nearby cavern. Meanwhile, Velma and company locate the missing RV and sonar equipment, realizing that someone had been scanning the lake with it before being chased away by the Spectre.
