Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery (2014)

Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery (2014) is an animated comedy mystery film and the twenty-second installment in the Scooby-Doo direct-to-video series. While out for a jog near WrestleMania, The Miz has an encounter with Kane and is later attacked by the Ghost Bear. Meanwhile, after conquering a challenging level on a WWE video game, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy win an all-expenses-paid trip to WWE City for WrestleMania. Fred, Daphne, and Velma reluctantly agree to accompany them. However, their arrival is marked by some mishaps as Fred narrowly avoids hitting a raccoon and their van ends up in a ditch. With help from wrestler John Cena and his trainer Cookie (and Cookie’s nephew Ruben), they are able to get back on track. Along their journey, they also come across Bayard, an irate hunter who is unhappy with WWE being in his forest. In order to make up for their clash with Bayard, Cena offers the gang VIP tickets to the next event.

During the event, Mr. McMahon publicly displays the coveted WWE Championship belt, which had been declared vacant after Kane’s match was overturned. The highly sought-after title will now be up for grabs at WrestleMania this weekend. Following the display, the group is given a tour of the WWE training camp and settles into their cabins for the night. As darkness descends, Daphne and Velma overhear Ruben and Cookie arguing about Ruben’s inability to become a wrestler due to Cookie’s leg injury. In another part of the camp, Scooby experiences a bizarre dream involving wrestling against food monsters before Shaggy abruptly wakes him up. The two friends then come face to face with the Ghost Bear and make a hasty escape. Despite attempts by Triple H and Brodus Clay to confront it, the ferocious monster proves too powerful before suddenly disappearing after propelling Sin Cara’s hot rod towards a nearby water tower.
