Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) is a superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character, co-produced by Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. It is the second Spider-Man film reboot and the 16th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Following the events of Captain America: Civil War, Peter Parker, a 15-year-old high school student and protégé of Tony Stark, returns to Queens, New York. As he tries to balance school with his superhero identity, Peter eagerly awaits the opportunity to prove himself as an Avenger. However, Stark decides to keep him under close supervision, concerned that Peter may take on more than he can handle.
As the Vulture, an airborne supervillain armed with advanced Chitauri weapons, appears on the scene, Parker sees this as the perfect opportunity to prove his worth to Earth’s mightiest heroes. But is Spider-Man ready to take on a larger role than just protecting his neighborhood? Meanwhile, Peter Parker is documenting his trip to Berlin with Happy Hogan, where he’s actually being recruited by Tony to join him in helping during Captain America: Civil War. Happy reveals the new Spider-Man suit created by Tony, which excites Peter greatly. He later captures his battle alongside Iron Man and their team against Captain America and the other Avengers at the airport. Tony then brings Peter back home in his limo, leaving him eager for their next mission.
